Dr. Daniel Duel, MD

Daniel Duel MD is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in General Adult Psychiatry with a focus on Addiction/Substance Use Disorders. As the Medical Director of an outpatient addiction clinic, he oversees a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care. He has extensive experience treating complex mood, psychosis, OCD, anxiety, and geriatric disorders. Dr. Duel is a UCLA graduate, trained in TMS and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In his leisure, he enjoys basketball, traveling, and family time, and is fluent in Farsi.

Dr. Yeun Lim, MD

Dr. Yeun Lim, MD is a double board-certified general psychiatrist and a child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a full scope of mental health disorders in teens. She is passionate about working closely with families as well as other practitioners caring for her patients. She believes that a good relationship between a psychiatrist and a patient is essential for the success of treatment. Dr. Lim completed her undergraduate studies at Columbia University and received her medical degree from Tufts University. She completed her General Psychiatry residency at UCLA-Olive View program and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at USC.

He earned his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. Brian's areas of expertise include addressing challenges related to chronic illness, substance abuse, family issues, and academic struggles.

Caitlin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with teens and their families, couples, and all types of relational dynamics. In her eyes, the more people in the room, the better! Her therapeutic approach is rooted in family systems, with a collaborative style that incorporates psychodynamic principles. She is highly attuned to the intersectionality of her clients' circumstances, always paying close attention to their unique contexts. She recently completed her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, with research focused on the biracial community and the complexities of navigating racial identities.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Laurie enjoys exploring the city, particularly going to movies and musicals. Laurie graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in English and San Francisco State University with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she has spent the past 25 years working in a variety of settings, from community mental health to mediation and child custody in addition to having a private practice working with teens and adults. Laurie particularly enjoys working with teenagers and young adults, utilizing evidenced based interventions that help youth struggling with life adjustment.

Steven is a licensed psychologist and associate marriage and family therapist with eight years of clinical experience spanning from inpatient SUD programs to private practice with couples, adolescents, teens, adults and elderly clients. Steven earned his Master’s degree from Cal Poly Humboldt and then his Doctoral degree from California Institute of Integral Studies. Steven specializes in depth work focusing on the whole psyche past present and future, he takes a holistic wellness and developmental approach to challenging dynamics. This work often engages with trauma and cycles of abuse and difficulties managing relationships and functioning.

Christine Cailler is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in theater and film. She blends her creative background with a psychodynamic and depth psychology approach to support clients in finding a little myth and magic in their healing process. She is also drawn to Internal Family Systems and somatic approaches to support those with complex trauma.

Outside of work, Lorenzo Rocca is an avid advocate for physical fitness, dedicating his free time to activities that promote health and wellness. His commitment to both physical and mental wellbeing underscores his holistic approach to supporting teens in their mental health journeys.

Taylor Secrist is a Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Blume Behavioral Health. In her role, Taylor is responsible for managing day-to-day support for residents, ensuring they receive the necessary care and guidance throughout their treatment. She plays a key role in the structure and implementation of therapeutic programs, working closely with clinical teams to create and maintain individualized care plans for each adolescent. Taylor ensures that the program runs smoothly, fostering a safe and supportive environment where residents can work toward positive emotional and behavioral outcomes.

Born in Mid-City Los Angeles and raised throughout various areas of Los Angeles County, Amani graduated from Cal. State Northridge with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015. Since graduating, he has worked in various fields within teen treatment including residential facilities, correctional facilities, and outpatient healthcare providing services to underserved populations. He has a strong passion for giving back to the communities that helped mold him into the person he is today, and sees working with these kids as the perfect opportunity to do so.

Corey utilizes a combination of his educational and professional background, as well as wisdom from lived experiences to promote recovery and growth in adolescents. After earning his Bachelor’s of Science in psychology from Tulane University, Corey helped conduct research in clinical and developmental psychology about adolescents and young adults at the University of Michigan. He is currently in a graduate program working toward becoming a licensed therapist. In his free time, you can find Corey playing golf, pickleball, or rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Ken has 10 years of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) experience and 8 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
